I do not live here but I have a friend who does that I visit frequently. I have had multiple issues with parking as a visitor. I am well aware of the visitor parking rules and make sure to do every right. The building comes with free parking for visitors who register their cars in the lobby but from my experience it’s very hit and miss. The first time I got a ticket i emailed the admin of the building and they tried lying to me about what time I registered my car (Luckily I kept a picture of the registration). people here are not that nice to visitors. had my son here to see me and since he doesn't have a blue fob to open the door he has to wait for me to come down and open it for him, some older lady with her dog came up to him in a very rude manner and tried to kick him out of here, she asked him who he was waiting for and he told her he was here temporary with his dad but she still tried to kick him out. the least she could have done was ask my son if he lived here or was visiting. another staff member harassed him about the sa... read more
Solid classy building with friendly staff and great neighbors. Only qualm is sometimes there's only one elevator not working!
Just moved in, and Rhoda was welcoming, kind and made the rental process easy. Sharlene was always quick to answer all my questions and helped make to moving easier. Thank you!
