Stop treating the residents like they should rent not move in but only stop by to dust once a month. Stop changing the rules every other day. I could go on but Management will probably start tormenting me and my family over me posting this like they have done to others. Thank God I am moving out soon.
RecommendedI recently had the pleasure of working with ms.van and becoming a new resident with senior living she was such a great spirit and wonderful help.
The only time we actually had hope of getting into these apartments and enjoying it was over a year ago. And the woman who manages a region of apartment complexes was there. We were almost done with the process and suddenly they hired a new branch manager, and she is NOT suited for the job at all, so we backed out.
