I’m a new applicant to Avalon park. They made the application process easy and smooth. The staff is incredibly helpful and I hope I can call this place home!
I have to say I was very happy to finally get a place of my own and call it home, but moving here was a major mistake. It was roach infested and it got so bad that my husband and I were not comfortable eating at our table because of how trifling it got with the roaches. A week before we moved out the roaches started crawling into our beds and our son’s crib. I most certainly do not recommend moving here
The worst apartment to live in do not live here the maintenance never fixes anything the garbage disposal been broke for 4 months the air conditioners pushes out hot air we have no window screens I’ve been living here for almost 4 years our cars gets broken into and the office never do anything about it they have cameras only pointing to the gates the gates are always broken we are roach infested they always tell tenants to make work orders but they keep saying that it’s backed up it’s been backed up for 3 years they paint o... read more
