Honestly this place is a huge disappointment????.. The townhomes are not worth the money you pay and the upkeep on them is terrible. For starters my wife and I moved in January, only to arrive to our place with old dog urine stains in the carpet left from prior residents. The stains were all over the living room and bedrooms. Still fighting in April to get them out. Not only that, the kitchen floor is filled with bubbles as if the plastic tiles are starting to come up. This place is a nightmare - thin walls, loud neighbors, poor construction, outdated interiors, shabby workmanship and rude employees. There are also a lot of hidden costs when you move in like having to pay a monthly fee for a service they use to bill your water, trash, and sewer. In stead of paying the third company who handles your bill, they make you absorb the cost ($5/mo). Yesterday was the big blizzard!!! An elderly 92 year old neighbor needed help to get his circuits working but I was unable to get to his door through the mountains of snow. I called Derek in the office and he immediately contacted the right person to create a path! The gentleman was so relieved that he was no longer locked in! The circuits were fixed and he was able to relax! Thank you Derek !!! Your immediate concern is deeply appreciated!!!! Roni gordon
I live in the ex-Luma community Avalon, now as of yesterday and been there since August 2020, since we did the pre tour of the facilities we had such a good experience with the staff, specially with Quiana and Stephanie, always quick to respond and answer our questions. The apartments are just perfect and beautiful, super clean, and the maintenance service has been good for us, minor things, fixing a closet door, a leak in the room. overall is a beautiful community and we love living there.
This complex is so lucky to have George P. as the head of maintenance. He's the MVP of the building. We recently moved in and find George to be responsive, patient, pleasant and extremely capable of taking care of our needs. Thank you George! Muriel and Mike Lipit
Be aware of hidden charges! I applied this place a couple months ago, and right after I applied, I saw another unit was a better fit, so, I called to change. The staff changed it for me, but didn't mention anything of charge. Later, I found out I was charged double application fee! After my application approved, I had a week to sign lease. Priscilla Rios at the Laurel property is amazing! Every time I call, she is knowledgeable, extremely professional and always eager to provide outstanding customer service. It is alway a joy dealing with her.
This place does not deserve even a one star review after the way they have treated my son who lived there this past year. They have a bogus claim about damage to an appliance that was documented upon move in with damage. They have conveniently "lost" or "threw out" the move in checklist which documented damage. We have provided some photo and video damage to the appliance at move in. Corporate doesn't care about residents and take a week to even respond.
