I was flooded out of my apartment a couple days ago. No one from the AVALON company asked if there was anything they could do to help. Every time, which is about 15 times by now, that I have asked for help of any kind, the managing office has said no. I suggest they think twice. I have never seen a place so egregious in its abuse of renters. Avalonbay seems to be confused about the fact that it owns the buildings in its complexes, and not the people who live there. I was so unnerved by their horrifying treatment of residents that words alone are not enough: please spare yourself potentially the most hideous experience of your lifetime and check out the lengths I had to go to in order to protect myself from these people. youtu.be/BV8somZvxjs
