I had a great experience living at Orchard Apartments. The staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful. The property is very clean, and the apartments are modern and well maintained. Maintenance service. Overall, it is a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it.

Arrived for a confirmed 10:00AM tour, leasing office was closed with sign saying they would be back at 10:00AM. My boyfriend and I waited until 10:30AM, I called the leasing office multiple times with no answer except an automated AI assistant. Extremely disappointed with our initial experience and have seen multiple reviews saying management is subpar.
Orchard Apartments Review This is one of the best residential communities I’ve ever lived in. From the moment I came in to tour the apartment to moving in just a week later, the staff has been incredibly accommodating and attentive to my needs.
