Great place to raise a family! Cute, clean, good neighbors, good location, good schools around. very productive people at the office, they are professional and friendly and help you with everything you need. The maintenance at the place is always on point. Seriously not a complain about it. I love it here.

We have lived at Orchards Apartments in Marlborough, MA. for over five years. It is a very nice place to live. The apartments are clean, modern, and spacious. The grounds are well maintained. Best of all, each unit has a private entrance. The current office staff Michele and Saya are outstanding. They listen to the residents concerns and are quick to resolve any issues. They truly care.
