Lovely staff in the office, maintenance staff is on top of their game and the apartment is beautiful. Very happy decision to move here :)
I’ve been living here for 2 years, and like in other communities, there are some problems. The maintenance service is very poor and slow — it’s been almost 4 months since our dishwasher broke, and it still hasn’t been replaced. Our bathroom constantly develops mold near the bathtub, and instead of fixing the issue permanently, they only do temporary repairs every few months, after a long wait. I originally relocated here from New Jersey for work three years ago, and what remembered most was when I was looking for new place…every one bedroom I saw was small compare to this place. I have a one bedroom with a loft…love it. I made it into an office but when my mom visits it’s my guest room. Lots of room, great light and I’m ten minutes from work. I moved in February 2025 I had to move very suddenly and fast. I met Tyler in the leasing office and he showed me a great apartment and knew I would be touring several apartments that day. He told me to call him when I was done if I wanted the special price they were offering even accommodated my ESA so I wouldn't have to pay pent rent. He was able to get me into an apartment in a week so I wouldn't have to commute from Quincy to Marlborough.
