I lived at The Orchards Apartments for 3 years and unfortunately had a very difficult experience. The maintenance team was consistently slow with important repairs. During our time there, we experienced multiple serious leaks. Including one in the bathroom that caused water damage and mold. That bathroom leak took almost 5 months to fix. Another leak in our child's room required the wall to be opened for repairs, making the room unusable for about 2 months. Lovely staff in the office, maintenance staff is on top of their game and the apartment is beautiful. Very happy decision to move here :)
I’ve been living here for 2 years, and like in other communities, there are some problems. The maintenance service is very poor and slow — it’s been almost 4 months since our dishwasher broke, and it still hasn’t been replaced. Our bathroom constantly develops mold near the bathtub, and instead of fixing the issue permanently, they only do temporary repairs every few months, after a long wait. used to be nice. no more pool, no more maintenance.loud early landscaping. dont move here update how about you work on the mold issues you still have years after Ive moved away instead of expecting me to contact you to when its still not resolved.
