DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME W/THIS PLACE. THEY PLACE ALL OF THE HOODRATS, TRAILER PARK TRASH, GHETTO HEADS, LOUD, NEVER HAD NOTHING PEOPLE IN THE BACK. CALLED ABOUT BEES NEST ON MY BALCONY,NOTHING THEY CAN DO, IT'S NATURE...CALLED ABOUT OUTSIDE LIGHTS NOT COMING ON, IT WAS THE WAY THE BLDG SAT & THE POSITION OF THE SENSOR. ENDED UP BEING FAULTY. I lived at Avalon apartments for a few years and unfortunetely my roomates and I had a very poor experience including a rodent problem and numerous maintenance issues that took months to fix and some maintenance issues that were never fixed. We have spoken with many others who have shared their discontent with Avalon Apartments. I would advise you to stay clear of Avalon Apartments.
