I honestly cannot say enough good things about the building, the office staff and the maintenance team...everyone is professional and kind...I was having a problem with my dryer and Lou and Matt came up within and hour or so the issue was completely resolved...but that's not at all unusual about this place...they realy take responsibility and care about what is going on with you, your apartment and the community at large...I honestly couldn't say thank you enough and recommend this building if you are looking for a place to ... read more
Hands down the best apartment I've lived in. Super convenient and the leasing staff are awesome. Amanda is especially friendly and always says hi and even remembers my name! Very Professional
This place is absolutely horrible. Terrible maintenance and living situation. The apartment is extremely loud and many problems come up that they will be blamed on the resident no matter what. My AC leaked water into the wall that has to be broken to be fixed. The fridge makes loud noises and I am currently suffering from bed bug issues even though I bought everything brand new. Excellent service, the reception is always on top of things and informs you of current things going on in and around the building
John from maintenance came by and was able to fix my heater very quickly . Great service.
