TERRIBLE! The nail tech was rushing, messy, did a half-assed job and was literally ducking under the table and vaping!!! Then he had the nerve to up charge me $10 for a "manicure" because he trimmed some cuticles and $5 for "coffin" shape when I had very short oval nails. Plus they charge u extra for using a credit card. His dishonesty cost him a tip and his lack of professionalism cost them a customer.
So I decided to give these people one more chance. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. My best friend and I walked in , we were specific about what we needed done. Eyebrow wax, pedicures and fills. After our eyebrows and pedicures the lady looks at me and says she has no one to do my nails. I asked a guy named Andrew if he had an opening since he was finishing up with someone. He says he is leaving. When I went back to talk to the lady upfront she says “oh Andrew will do it”.
