She told me I shouldn’t be coming to this salon, I should probably go somewhere smaller and then proceeded to argue with me the entire time I tried to stress my concerns and she give me so much anxiety my hands were shaking the entire time she was fixing my nails… She then continued to repeat this for the entire duration of the time I was there and then just waved me away and never apologized or took accountability for any of it.
