Avalon nails does a nice job on nails. I took my daughter for a full set for her birthday. The nail technician did an amazing job setting her nails and taking the time to paint the design. He did it with patience and care.
I had good experiences here in the past, but now it's one of the worst places to go. The service, attitude, and overall behavior were very unprofessional.
Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. The customer service was lacking, and there was no effort made to address my concerns. I expected much better and would not recommend this salon.
Very disappointed with my experience. Tammy was rude while doing my nails, and when I asked to change the shade because I didn't like it, she responded rudely and said they didn't have the other colors I wanted. I spoke to the manager, but she was unhelpful and ignored my concerns. Poor customer service and no effort to make things right. I would not recommend this place.
