Tech rushed my full set. Cutting nails too short, terrible painful shaping and cut skin open. When I complained she said she would fix and after allowing her to do so I still felt the same about the outcome. She then insulted me by calling me frail and said my nail bed was too curvy. I asked that she stop bc I strongly dislike the work and her comments. The manager, her and about 6 other staff surrounded me.
