I’m clumsy 🫣 and accidentally messed up my nails standing up from the dryer light. The nail tech went out of her way and happily fixed it without making me feel bad. ♥️ They also have updated chairs that are really nice. 5 stars!
Mrs. Lauren and Mr. Tommy are the absolute best! So nice and friendly and welcoming. And my nails look incredible.
I normally love Avalon, but I will not be returning. I went in to get my nails and toes done. The tech who did my toes was fabulous. However, the tech who did my nails was as far from fabulous as could be. I asked that she not use the drill on my nail because it ruins my natural nail. She insisted and told me that she was just taking the polish off; SHE RUINED MY NATURAL NAIL.
