I had a pedicure today and was very dissatisfied. The person attending to me, first of all, didn't make the water very warm, then after trimming my toes, I noticed blood-she had cut my skin, then after applying a coat of polish she left--in about 10 minutes another operator came to finish the job but then just let me sit there-not telling me she was done nor attempting to direct me to a drying station. Finally, the first operator came, I said "Am I dry", she felt, and stated yes, I could leave.
