nice location and staff never disappoint
Set up an appointment for a manicure. Arrived and was told they couldn't help me because I had acrylic and they don't do acrylic. The lady was very nice but the whole situation was very weird and confusing. I wasn't sure what she was trying to explain or why exactly I couldn't get my nails done. All I wanted was a color change. Just wish that had been explained over the phone when they were asking me questions while setting up the appointment originally.
I’ve tried this place several times to see if they can do a good job. Unfortunately every time I got disappointed! This time the nail tech Candy is the worst tech ever. She doesn’t know how to do a simple gel manicure. She just pulled my fingers too hard she should be more gentle. Awful job, look at my nails she done (the photos) they fell off after few days. My daughter came in to get her toes and nails done with a family friend. She came home saying her big toes hurt. I looked at her toes and there was dried blood all around her toe. My daughter said her toe started to bleed and the man doing her toes tried to cover it up. One big toe was worse than the other. They should know when working a 9 year old to be a little more gentle.
