Called while sitting out front with five operators and one client sitting in the nail salon. I asked if I could get a manipedi and they said no, they dont need business that bad. Totally rude.
Walk in twice. Both times the person cut me. Earbud in looking at phone while nails drying. Then at end pulls mask down and big smile. Rang me up and watched for her tip. This person is ruining the business and that 4 rating is way off. Lots of 1 lately. And yes dirty tools and no antiseptic when she made my finger bleed. The management needs a new person or no one will becoming
Worse salon Ive ever been to. I will never go again. The staff is unfriendly and rude, my person barely treated my skin, she paid no attention to me (looked around at others the whole time), she did a terrible polish job (I re-painted my nails at home) and asked for her tip before I checked out. There is something wrong here. I will never return or refer anyone to this salon.
