I had an appointment at 12:30, at 1:00 I got foil wraps to remove previous gel. At 1:30 I walked out. Horrible customer service 🫤 no manicure for me with an hour of sitting around. Still charged the $10 removal fee too.
Even though I didn't rank 5 stars, this is my go to place for a pedicure. Prices are reasonable and service is great. Do a little more with cleanliness and this will be a 5-star establishment. I like the style as well.
Book with Loan!!! I have been getting my gel manicures and sometimes pedicures once a month with her for about a year and a half now. She always does me right and is so very kind, sweet, and patient. Ive yet to have a bad experience with her. You can tell she knows what shes doing and truly cares.
