My daughter came in to get her toes and nails done with a family friend. She came home saying her big toes hurt. I looked at her toes and there was dried blood all around her toe. My daughter said her toe started to bleed and the man doing her toes tried to cover it up. One big toe was worse than the other. They should know when working a 9 year old to be a little more gentle. The place is very clean. I am disappointed because I was not offered anything to drink. I had gel on my toes and I would have wanted it put on again but was not offered. Upsetting I could have asked but it would have been nice to have been offered. I do not like how they painted my toes will not be back.
Update- came in again 'cause I usually give another chance- maybe they read the reviews because they've up'd their game. I had a fabulous pedi by a lady there and will be back! This used to be my favorite place to go, but now I just feel rushed every time I go in. $50 for the signature pedicure and it was done in a half an hour. He only used the hot stones for a second on one leg...it just seemed like the whole experience is rushed now. Very disappointed.
