In an attempt to find a new nail salon I stopped in here and a younger guy helped me. Put my full set on and I was less than pleased. I went to pay and still tipped him $20, but the 20’s I had were new and stuck together I ended up giving him $40 and I check my wallet and saw what I had done and asked him I only gave you $20 right, and he said yea and walked off he knew what he had done. And I just shook my head and left. Making a mental note we’re not coming here again. Moral of the story check your money, and trust no one.
Customer Service at this establishment is horrible and quite despicable. As a former frequent client, you would assume to be welcomed, however the nail techs are always rude and very non-personable. It’s pointless in making an appointment with Jenny, Your schedule time is never honored or respected.
