I lived here for 18 months and they kept my entire security deposit, inventing charges for “floor replacement” and other damages that were never caused by me. Two Years Here – They Will Keep Your Deposit and Invent Charges I lived in this community for 2 years, and leaving was the most frustrating and unfair experience I’ve ever had as a renter. I left my apartment spotless — no damages, clean, ready for the next tenant. Yet, they kept my entire deposit and charged me for completely invented damages. My biggest complaint is the poop in the pool 99.9% of the time I try to use the pool. I’ve been swimming and ran into the poop. It’s absolutely disgusting and with the amount of times it has been repeated there is zero due diligence being done to prevent this health hazard.
Great experience at Avalon at Miramar because of Quiana, Jorge, and Hector. The three of them have always been professional, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues. They consistently do their best to maintain the property and support the residents. Thank you to the team for all you do!
