Did the self tour i did not have good experience. I recommend try to get a tour with someone in person. The 1st apt i didnt feel like i could live there but the 2nd apt i saw with the same layout with a lake view very relaxing and peaceful. I also talked to a few residence they were very friendly and adviced they loved living there.

This has been one of the worst application experiences I’ve ever dealt with. I paid my application fee expecting a professional process, but instead we were met with technical issues, poor communication, no real support, and a complete lack of accountability. This place deserves 0 stars, not 1. The apartments themselves are nice, but the customer service completely ruined the experience. From the moment I arrived for my scheduled tour, I was met with a leasing agent who seemed dismissive and uninterested in helping. I specifically came to tour a 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment because I had already done my research and saw multiple units available for my move-in date.
