Great experience at Avalon at Miramar because of Quiana, Jorge, and Hector. The three of them have always been professional, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues. They consistently do their best to maintain the property and support the residents. Thank you to the team for all you do!

This place is great. I have to give a shot out to maintenance, specially Hector, who has helped me and others through out my 4 years here. Eveytime there is an issue he has fixed it at anytime fast and with most efficiency. He is very very knowledgeble in what he does. Without his quality assistance I would had probable already moved elsewhere, since having my living place in top shape it's a priority. Thank you Avalon for maintaining this level of professionals atending our place
I enjoy where I live. The maintenance crew goes above and beyond. They do their best to keep the property clean. Hector is super pleasant and always willing to answer any questions.
