I have lived here for 2 years, and there's always something. Gates are always broken and it seems like the pool is always being closed for maintenance. Also, I don't know if it's throughout the community or just my building, but it ALWAYS smells like weed. I smell it in the hallways, I smell it while I'm on my balcony, I can even smell it in my bedroom (I'm assuming from the apartment below). Maintenance isn't the greatest either. Did the self tour i did not have good experience. I recommend try to get a tour with someone in person. The 1st apt i didnt feel like i could live there but the 2nd apt i saw with the same layout with a lake view very relaxing and peaceful. I also talked to a few residence they were very friendly and adviced they loved living there.

This has been one of the worst application experiences I’ve ever dealt with. I paid my application fee expecting a professional process, but instead we were met with technical issues, poor communication, no real support, and a complete lack of accountability. Once they collected the money, it felt like getting help became impossible. We were told to wait 7 days regarding the refund, but it has now been way more than 7 days and there is still no refund, no update, no communication, and no resolution.
