Super friendly building staff and concierge. Everyone is very helpful. Maintenance crew is extremely timely and thorough with repair requests. Building is super conveniently located above the c/e train.
RecommendedApartment is located Midtown and very lively circumstances. It is easy to get on the subway and bus. Also people work here is very kind. Basically I enjoying this place!
Apartment is relatively quiet (outside noise), considering the location, and no noise from other apartments. Maintenance requests have been fulfilled quickly & well done, in the 6 months we've been here.
Terrible maintenance. This morning it took me 15 min to get down the building name cause the elevators don’t work, as usual. And my rent got raised 400$ this year ....
This building keeps getting worse. No service. Elevator A5 out for over a week. No answer on when it will be fixed. No service people on Sunday or Monday evening. All you hear is go on the web and put in a ticket. 800# is a joke - useless. No full time building manager on site. Rent doesn’t warrant the conditions.
Great location in Manhatten!! Amazing views from top floor!! Friendly staff
This place is basically a hotel now with everyone renting out their apartments to tourists
