My wife was at this facility in 2023 to 2024. She fell in the bathroom and fractured her hip while the aides were with her. The night aides dragged her from the bathroom and put her back in bed even though she was in obvious pain. The aides did not alert management, write up an incident report, or notify hospice, emergency services, or me. I would not have know what happened except I had a camera in the bedroom.
