My spouse has been a resident at this location for about a year now and I have had a pretty positive experience. The staff has been very helpful and quick to address any concerns and very accommodating with meals and spouses dietary restrictions. The rooms are kept tidy and fresh unlike other facilities that I visited prior to deciding on Avalon.

This Avalon location is always clean and well maintained. The staff has been responsive to my family's requests and to the needs of my dad and making sure he is comfortable during his stay. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming!

Had a great visit with Avalon Memory Care. Xavier was incredibly welcoming, and the whole team had such a positive, upbeat energy. It’s clear they truly care about their residents and the work they do. Grateful to connect with a team doing such meaningful work.

I cannot say enough good things about Avalon Memory Care. My mother lived with and at AMC in Garland for the last 4 years of her life. She was treated with respect, dignity, and top care by the staff and her care team. My father passed a year before I had to find a permanent care facility for her an he could not have dreamed of a better place for her to be cared for. Avalon Garland memory care is exceptional, they really care about their patients and try to make sure everyone is comfortable and feel like Avalon is their home. Avalon is cleaned frequently, and the food is good. I wish we would have found it sooner.
