When it came time to find a place to put Mom and Pops in a place that they would love and feel comfortable in we found it in Avalon. Both my sisters and I toured several homes and decided that Avalon would be where Mom and Pops would be. We haven't regretted a moment of our decision. Mom has since went home to be with the Lord and the staff at Avalon was great with her. Pops still loves it there and we are very happy with them too. Cleanest care facility I ever walked into. The staff is caring and attentive. From the daily care to the foods he ate, I feel like my father Mark got the best care we could have ever asked for. This facility is not the largest home and I think that it helps make room for the individual care that the staff provides. My father is missed, but I take comfort in knowing that he got the best care possible in the last year of his life from Avalon Garland. Thank you all.
My spouse has been a resident at this location for about a year now and I have had a pretty positive experience. The staff has been very helpful and quick to address any concerns and very accommodating with meals and spouses dietary restrictions. The rooms are kept tidy and fresh unlike other facilities that I visited prior to deciding on Avalon.
This Avalon location is always clean and well maintained. The staff has been responsive to my family's requests and to the needs of my dad and making sure he is comfortable during his stay. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming!
Had a great visit with Avalon Memory Care. Xavier was incredibly welcoming, and the whole team had such a positive, upbeat energy. It’s clear they truly care about their residents and the work they do. Grateful to connect with a team doing such meaningful work.
