We had a scheduled appointment with the doctor. The staff was courteous, attentive, and very helpful throughout our visit. The doctor was punctual, professional, and displayed genuine empathy towards the patient, reflecting high standards of care. Overall, it was a positive and reassuring experience.
Dr Zamil is an amazing caring Dr. I really appreciate his Saturdays walkin clinic for patients like myself who only get weekends off.
👎👎👎👎👎I had a terrible experience at this clinic. I went in for a TB test and was told to return after 3 days for the evaluation. No one clearly explained the exact timeframe. When I went back after 3 days, the staff told me it should have been done within 48–70 hours. Since they never communicated this properly, they refused to proceed and asked me to pay another $50 to redo the test. This is completely unfair and shows how poorly they handle patients. Worst clinic experience I’ve had in Canada.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
