Doctors are good but front office staff behaviour is the absolute worst. Despite booked appointments, when I asked how long will it take after waiting for 30 minutes, I was told by main front desk staff member very rudely - “I do not know and I am in the middle of something ” This has happened 3rd time now. I am seriously considering to change my family doctor because of ill mannered staff who clearly lack the communication skills required for this job!
Great doctors but very rude front office staff! Will move to some other family clinic as soon as I find an alternative , stuck with this rude behaving staff for now!
Family doctors and walking clinic. Great when you decide on a whim to see your family doctor without an appointment. Of coarse. The doctors rotate so you need to make sure your family doctor is there that day. If you just need to see a doctor for something not monitored by your family doctor (non super serious issues) you can walk in like any other walk in clinic! Great staff! Ty
charged me 25$ to print papers and didn't tell me until after. i said i could go to the library to print , lady said she can do it here and then charged me 25$ and clarified it had to be cash
