best clinic receptionist are amazing, helpful, and the drs are knowledgeable and very nice.
Worst experience with reception staff.I am having my prenatal appointments with doctor. They do not replied back for emails and keep phone calls on hold . No important information is transferred to patient. They need to educate their reception staff about professionalism.
