I rented a townhome from Avalon Management. Everything was great. Website is very easy to use and has great functionality. Many thanks to everyone who assisted, specifically Cristina and Erin. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. I am in love with my rental and look forward to settling in and making it a home.

Avalon Management has handled multiple residential properties for me close to 8 years now. I can’t imagine working with any other company. They operate with complete integrity at all times. I find the staff to be experienced, innovative, professional and highly competent. They are readily accessible, responsive to my concerns and easy to work with.

Maria with Avalon Management made rental hunting which is a stressful time, very easy. She impressed with the promptness of getting me into a place and your office staffs' overall professionalism in competing the paper-work and the promptness and professionalism in handling my needs once I moved in. I recently moved from out of state and rented with Avalon without being able see the home I was renting first. I was not disappointed the staff at Avalon walked me thru the whole process and were professional and helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience. I loved the home and the area! Extremely professional & prompt. As an owner of residential rental properties Avalon Mgmt. was referred to me by another investor. I have been extremely pleased with the efficient, reliable and prompt service performed by this office for over 3 years. The staff is professional & display extensive experience. I get prompt easy to read monthly statements & have been completely satisfied with this company. I would highly recommend Avalon Mgmt to other investors.

I can't speak for other reviews about Avalon Management. But I have dealt with the property manager Angela personally and her staff .Both Angela and her staff were very professional and helped me with all my needs. They are always quick to respond in a professional manner to any of my concerns and questions as a homeowner . I have several properties managed by them and have even referred other homeowners to them . Mine has been a Positive experience !
