I just noticed that all of the "positive" reviews about this company are written by people with a serial number after their name. I don't think that is a coincidence. Those reviews must have been written by avalon staff or the owner. GlaD I checked this site first before renting from them. Yikes!
Worst customer service ever! I have no idea how they have stayed in business. I can only guess one time they were reputable since this is the only site where I have seen anything remotely positive. Check out all the other reviews out there. Dont just trust thisone as every review is years old.
Angela is the worst representative let alone owner of a customer service based business you could ever wish for. I have no idea how they stay in business. The reviews don't lie. They don't care about you the customer at all. I have never been treated they way Angela treated me by any business owner in my life. Since most people have already commented on the nature of the poor customer service, I won't have too. I will just agree. Worst service ever as a renter. Employees have no tact what so ever. Our experience has been as property owners who have used Avalon Management two different times over the past 5 years to find tenants for our rental home. We have had nothing but good experiences with them managing the property. We worked with Angela both times and she was/is wonderful! Very responsive, fair and knowledgeable! We would absolutely retain their services again! Thank you Angela and team!
My family and I rented a house that was managed by Avalon Management. They are staffed by professional folks who do their best to make the rental experience a positive one. Very fair and will ensure that everything is communicated accurately.
The staff at Avalon Management has been GREAT! Renting has been just a great experience in every aspect. The staff , especially Maria the Property Manager are always cheerful, happy to help and return phone calls , which I have had problems with other management companies. The process of getting papers signed and getting into a place was effortless and enjoyable. The property that I am renting is very well maintained and is the perfect price.
Solid rental management offering – This company has a solid overall management strategy. They understand the rental market in Avalon Park and have well designed processes that make sense. I transferred five properties last year. I must admit they have made a nice impact to the income of my portfolio and have decreased my delinquency rates.
