Avalon provided the worst manicure service I have ever had. They cut me twice and refused to refund my money (which they had conveniently collected before the service was provided). They also cut my friend, who was there with me that day, so this was not a coincidence. I have been to much less expensive places where I felt safer and where the product was more professional.
