He was a model tenant - he kept to himself, complied with the move-in and exit requirements and paid his rent on a timely basis. He signed a lease for less than a full year and moved out on the date that the lease ended. He had the apartment professionally cleaned and it was spotless upon his departure. This place does not deserve even a one star review after the way they have treated my son who lived there this past year. They have a bogus claim about damage to an appliance that was documented upon move in with damage. They have conveniently "lost" or "threw out" the move in checklist which documented damage. We have provided some photo and video damage to the appliance at move in. Corporate doesn't care about residents and take a week to even respond.
