Room smelt like mildew, sheets felt like soft sandpaper, bed was stiff and I was sweating all night. A landlord special hotel or lipstick on a pig let’s say. Staff was nice though.
The property was the beautiful and the pool area at the sister hotel was super nice. The bedrooms were very underwhelming and old. However it was a great deal for 3 nights!

I can't say enough good things about this place. In a great location in St Pete with plenty of free parking. Free wine in the lobby everyday 5-7. The sister hotel next door has a really nice pool, poolside bar and restaurant. I ate at the restaurant twice and it was reasonably priced with very good food. I stayed in one of the suites separate from the main building and felt like I had a really nice private apartment in St Pete at a great price. Good location if you want a quick drive to downtown. Staff is friendly enough. I chose this place due to it's proximity to my downtown job site, and on site parking (many downtown hotels have no parking). But the parking is extremely limited, so you better check in early to get a spot and you better not move the vehicle one you have a spot- take uber to go anywhere.
