I will forever be grateful to EVERYONE at Gentiva Hospice for their professionalism and kindness toward my mother. Never once, did I worry about the level of care or concern she was receiving. All of the staff that we worked with at Gentiva were wonderful. The nurses always took their time with us and were always helpful. They never seemed rushed, even if they were doing an on-call visit. Daphne, that came for baths, took extra care of him. She took the time to do showers once per week as long as he was able. Kayla and Daphne were with us on his last day and talked us through everything we needed to monitor and made him as comfortable as possible. From the moment they were consulted, they were prompt in everything they did. Our needs were met before we knew they were needs. We didn’t have to wait on anything. Not equipment, not medication, and reply’s were prompt. Excellent, compassionate service!
Some of the best nurses & aids! Very compassionate! I recommend them to every family that I know needs the care that Gentiva can give!!! Tessa Ledsinger & Angela Ramsey along with all the staff are VERY knowledgeable & go above and beyond for ALL needs of every patient!! They took very good care of my grandmother!
