My husband went into hospice really quickly. Thank goodness that hospice was Gentiva of Sevierville. He was only in hospice for 12 days when he passed but everyone I was fortunate to meet was so wonderful to me. I had never had any dealings with hospice and I didn't know anything about it. But I do now and I have never meet such caring people, I will never forget any of you.Thank you for people like you helping people like me get through the most difficult time of my life
Gentiva in Sevierville have the sweetest and most caring employees I have met. Nikki has been very helpful and knowledgeable when I have reached out to speak with her. They are all compassionate and I would recommend them if you are in need of hospice care.
I worked social services and met Buck at a SNF/LTC facility. I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with this company and team. They had great communication and if there was an issue, we would just let the Gentiva team know and they would take care of it. I’ve recommended this company to several people and will continue to do so. 10/10 definitely recommend!
We used the services of Gentiva Hospice in Sevierville, TN for both of my parents. My father was only in their care a few days but during that short time, my family & I were very grateful for their assistance. My mother was in their care, bedridden for 2 years. Gentiva Hospice Sevierville was a God-send the last 6 months of my father's life. From the admissions meeting all the way to the nurse pronouncing my father's death, every employee I encountered was compassionate, dedicated, genuinely friendly and caring, and very thorough with their job. The nurses, bath aide, social worker, and chaplain all treated my father like a normal human being, like one of their own family members, despite his condition from Alzheimer's disease.
