Very caring and competent staff. Patrick Nicks, the care coordinator, is a very kind and compassionate responsive team member. The Dickson Gentiva office cares about our community.
No words for care these wonderful ladies provided. They treated my wife and myself as if we were their own parents. Jennifer, Kat, Shelly, Gretchen, Joanna, Lindsey Jessica and John. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your care and compassion will forever live with me.
I would not recommend Gentiva for a few reasons that I won’t go into here. They don’t seem very well organized and in our situation were lacking in their bedside manner. The CNA did a good job every time she came.
Even though we didn't get to keep our mother any longer, you all made her last days comfortable for her and us. Everyone was so wonderful and compassionate. This was a hard time for all of us. The worst time in our entire lives but we couldn't have done it without all of you. We
