I want to say I have never used their services but one of their employees that was using a company car hit my car in a parking lot and drove off. Once the police report was made and was contacted she denied knowing anything, well of course not because she was talking on the phone backing up out of a parking spot and run her front bumper down the side of my back bumper. I am so grateful for Gentiva. I so appreciate everything that they are doing for my dad. Amanda H. is the absolute BEST nurse! She always goes far and beyond. Not only is she a great nurse, she actually cares and gets the job done! I honestly could not make it without her. Dr. Nerland is also wonderful. He genuinely cares about his patients and it shows! Thank you for easing my mind and helping me to take care of my dad! I will be forever grateful 🙏🏻
I am currently living the hospice life/nightmare…my fiancé needed a lung transplant which he received in July 2025. Within a couple of weeks was diagnosed with cancer on his vocal cord. Did 6 weeks of targeted radiation to be diagnosed with Cancer in the voice box. Had his voice box removed only to have sepsis set in after a second surgery….since there was nothing more they could do…hospice was called in. Kendra has been Awesome!!! Amanda is Awesome!!! Gentiva was great with my brother, they treated him with love, beautiful care and I could not be more pleased. From the beginning Kourtney explained everything so precise and truly was a blessing, the CNAs Cierra and Cam were great and he loved them, all the nurses were great, I would recommend them to anyone needing hospice services. It was a true blessing during this difficult time. We are very grateful for the compassion we received from this wonderful team.
We have had the pleasure of working with Gentiva for a few years now and we continue to receive great service from all of the team at Gentiva Jackson. We recommend them often!
