It all happened so fast my “person” Jim went to hospital within 8 days he came home to me on hospice, we were blindsided with the diagnosis, Gentiva stepped right in setting everything up, admitting him in no time and also supporting him and I in what was a whirlwind change of life, the nurses, social services, Chaplin and CNAs everyone was graceful kind and loving, they kept him comfortable, taught me about medication and the best way to help him as he declined so fast. Gentiva Hospice Jackson TN is the BEST. I contacted a friend Cierra when I found out my mother was going to need there services and she put me in contact with Kourtney. They were there the next day to help me navigate thru this journey! These two ladies have been my saving grace. I ask them 1000s questions a day/night and they have guided me greatly this far. All the other nurses and social workers have been wonderful as well.
These people really good they come out anytime u need them they don't care what time is
One word…. Wonderful! Myenye , Kennedy, Brandi, Serenity have been a God send. Fantastic care! Always answer all questions and call back immediately! God Bless them all!
I am so thankful to have Cierra Willis and Sheika the nurse taking care of my mother Rosie Hines . With tears in my eyes I come here to say I thank God for making it possible to have Gentiva Hospice a part of my FAMILY ! On the days Cierra comes one thing for sure my mom looks forward to her vanilla milkshake and the BEST BATH because she knows Cierra will shine her up and make sure she is photo ready !
