My grandmother was on hospice and unfortunately suffered just before she passed due to a nurse not coming to my grandmother’s house giving my family relief. They could have at least okay’d a visit to the hospital to ease her death. I want to say thank you to Mary RN and Lisa RN for their compassion. This company completely allowed my grandma to suffer needlessly and did not provide proper care. Please do not use this company.
I’ve used Avalon Hospice not once or twice but three times in the last 2 years. They are absolutely the best. We first used another company starting out with my Mother which was not good at all. I was literally in tears dealing with the other company. We had great nurses with everyone of my loved ones after switching! There’s not anything bad to say about this company!
