If you have an elderly individual that may need any care services you are better off allowing your 10 year old child to assist. My grandmother used their assistance and quickly found out the hard way. The staff is supposed to consist of Registered Nurses in which we were told work for Childrens Hospital. The "RN" while trying to transfer from bed to wheelchair, dropped my grandmother which caused her to break her leg.
