Cynthia Lockhart is superb. My hearing is just about gone, but she she spent lots of time with me and with her company's audiologist getting my new units just right. I went to church this morning and it was like my hearing was perfect. I understood every word, and heard every note.
Wow Cynthia is FANTASTIC!! She really knows her products and is so very helpful and caring. My Dad is a vet and she went above and beyond to give him the best care possible and make him feel special. She offers great service and cares about her patients. Very reasonably priced and free office visits with the purchase of a hearing aid. She will do everything she can to make sure you leave hearing better than when you came in. She is just the BEST!!
Cynthia is a gem. She always goes the extra mile to ensure my comfort and the effectiveness of my hearing instruments. I've been hearing better for over 5 years. Every concern has been addressed and every expectation has been exceeded. I highly recommend Avalon to anyone with new or longstanding hearing issues.
