Everyone was super courteous and friendly and really made you feel like you were important to them.
Great service from the moment you step through the door. Every person I have talked to in that facility has been very friendly and professional. I have worked with Christopher on my last visit but regularly see Emily. They are all very helpful and knowledgeable regarding getting my hearing aids to fit and work correctly. I also received a great product with tons of instruction of how to use them. I am very happy that I found Avalon.
I have been a customer of Avalon Hearing Aid Center for 10 years. Betty is my audiologist. She and her staff are always friendly, easy to talk to and helpful with any issues I might have with my aids. Last year, while my husband was in the ICU for several weeks, Betty loaned me a pair of behind-the-ear aids for my husband to use as his in-the canal aids we’re too difficult for me to insert for him. I highly recommend Avalon. They will treat you as part of their family.
