They don't care about you. They will only care about your money. One of the elevators have been down for 2 weeks and they're not bothering to fix it. They close things for renovations but refuse to do anything that is required for the tenants. Do not be fooled by the nice external appearance of the building.
Jennifer at the leasing office helped me with the tour and paperwork for getting my apartment. She made it very easy and she was very helpful. Top notch service, very knowledgeable and friendly. We just moved here a few months ago from Manhattan. From Day 1, we were met with Professionalism and Courtesyness. Mike and especially Alicia, the onsite Management Team have been Amazing! Every request was immediately handled. Our adjustment has been a smooth one because of the Reveal's commitment to their Tenants. If You are considering a move to Bergen County, Tour The Reveal.
I recently moved out due to personal reasons but I am happy to write this review and provide fantastic feedback. Management and maintenance team are phenomenal. Will refer to family and friends in the area.
