The property was rented soon after signing on with Mainstay to manage our property. They walked us through all the administrative tasks in a very timely manner and at a very competitive management rate. I strongly recommend others seeking to rent property(s) to check into this management company.

My original lease document was very promptly emailed to me the same day. The next day, Divine contacted me by phone to determine if my inquiry was complete. I asked her for a copy of my current lease renewal document and she very promptly emailed it to me after she was able to obtain it. Both George and Divine were very polite, efficient, and helpful. It was a pleasure to interact with both of them.
What I appreciated more than anything was how much they treated my needs as a person. Mandy, in particular, showed my family kindness when going through uncertain times and always managed to find a solution to whatever was needed. Thank you, Mainstay Properties!
