The management team has been helpful whenever I needed to communicate a problem with the property and have always handled each situation quickly and professionally. I recent had a situation with the roof on the place I was renting and Elias was really helpful in getting the contractors out to fix the problem and was especially helpful in following up with the contractors to ensure.
They have been great about consulting and advising me about the care of the property. In my time with Silver River, I have had four reps and all have been excellent. I also like their financial reports, making my bookkeeping much easier.
I have waited three weeks for an answer. I have provided the documentation that was requested three times and nothing has been answered. It does not take 3 weeks to approve an application. They ask for documentation and then don't read their email and claim you never sent it. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. I want my application fee back ASAP.
She recently helped ensure we had a quick resolution to flooding in our rental's basement caused by a broken sump pump. Her persistence and follow through ensured both my family and the homeowners had minimal damage to any belongings/property. I look forward to continuing our work with Bay Management Group because of Lanieleen.
