They email me for a showing, then change the showing last minute. For some reason, no one calls or texts. Its always an email 3 days later. Worst real estate llc ever.
I do not lightly leave bad reviews, but property owners need to beware of Avalon. While our first few years with them were smooth due to an excellent initial team, the current management is unresponsive and completely unsupportive of the landlord. When we decided to sell our condo, the tenant they placed in our unit stopped paying rent for three months, blocked real estate showings, and left the property damaged and filthy (including tearing up tile on the lanai). This is the worst property management company. Their management is careless, and the staff is extremely unprofessional.
