Great place to live if you have lots of money. The highlight here is Corey in the maintenance department. He gets the job done with a smile and kind words.
Want to commend Corey for his great service today taking care of some things needing fixing. I also want to commend the entire Maintenance Team for always being professional and courteous.
Absolute gorgeous building, but credit for making this place so enjoyable to live in is given to the staff here. Billy, Andre & Corey are absolutely amazing. From every morning greeting and warm small talks, to the immediate turn around service for work orders put in. The professionalism is beyond standard. I am truly going to miss this place.
Corey did an amazing job fixing the issue in my bathroom, we have not had any issues since! He made sure the issue was resolved in a timely manner and immediately after I entered my service request. In edition, I am extremely happy and grateful for all the staff here at the Avalon. They are all extremely kind, professional and helpful each and every day!
