I have live at Avalon Burbank for almost a year and about to resign my lease for another 2 years because they are simply amazing and easy to work with. Jason who works who handles the community relations is simply awesome every I have a issue such as my ac not working due to a clog filter he assured that I was taking care off within 24hrs. We stayed hear for 7 months and overall had a good experience. There seemed to be a lot of families staying here which can make the pool and courtyards a bit noisy. The place looks nice on the exterior but the amenities inside are a little dated.
Great apartment complex. You have a nice pool, doggie area, along with a gated community. The complex is filled with mostly families, that respect those around them.
