The maintenance team and management are very responsive and helpful. The complex is fairly new with really nice amenities. They put on community events every so often which are fun. Also, the community is very pet friendly. The dog park is nice.

Avalon's maintenance service is always one of their top draws, but the team here goes above and beyond to meet requests from residents to improve and tweak the residences. Extra grateful for John and Ben, but really the whole team. The office staff is also extremely helpful with package requests and other services. The renewal process has been easy and cooperative. The amenities are great. And most of the residents are fantastic, too. It's a great community.
The office staff is committed to providing outstanding, personalized service. They make a point of getting to know residents by name and couldn't be more welcoming or friendly. All of my service requests, whether changing lightbulbs, or fixing appliances are fulfilled within an hour or so of submitting an online request.
