We have been customers of Avalon Exterminating since we built our home in 2002. Consistently and effectively, the "bug guys and gals" of this excellent company have been examining our home every three months, treating when necessary, and then communicating with us concerning the status they found. We have a home in an upscale, gated community with a HOA, Avalon has taken care of 57 homes in our community for over 11 years now with very little issues and no issues that were not handled successfully within a reasonable time frame. No complaints here. Keep up the good Work.
Avalon Exterminating has taken care of 3 homes for us for over 9 years. We recently moved north and they still take care of our home, my mothers home and my daughters home. They keep me updated on all services and scheduling around my mother and daughters schedule. Avalon makes this move/transition a lot easier than we thought it would be.
I am writing this review to praise Chris and Frank. I have had some concerns on finding my bait stations and they were more than willing to help me find them. This day and time it is very difficult to get good customer service much less great.. these two went above and beyond to help me and set my mind at ease on making sure my bait stations were being serviced.
