we saved up for years to have major repairs done to our home. things went wrong immediately due to tens of thousands of dollars worth of water damage (unrelated to the repairs) caused entirely by negligence on the part of avalon. we were not in a position to switch contractors as the work was already underway and no time could be wasted. it would have been comparable to firing a contractor after they'd already torn the front of your house off. it wasn't a possibility, so we had to let the work go forward. the end result in n... read more
Avalon Exteriors is excellent! This was our first time working with Gary and his crew. Great customer service, quality of work, and price! Gary was very easy to work with and communication throughout the whole process was great. The guys were skilled, neat, and professional. They cleaned up very nice all around the house after the job was finished. The new siding,roof,windos and doors are looking fantastic. We are in love with our newly renovated home! This is our second time using Avalon for work in our home. We are thrilled with the end result. Gary is knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and has excellent contractors working with him. We needed to repair siding on our house, patch sheetrock inside the home in a few places, resurface the living room ceiling, paint two rooms and white wash the fireplace -- every element of what we asked for was completed beyond our satisfaction. His team goes above and beyond with attention to detail. Highly recommend!
