Live on 7001 and 7000 Sunne side. Constant false fire alarms! we've not lived here a year and there have been about 15-18 times the fire alarms go off falsely. The volume is very loud and will hurt your ears, let alone your children and pets. They happen at all times, early (2am and 4am) and weekends. Management does not do anything to fix the situation. I've been here for 6 years and the Maintenance crew go above and beyond their duties. They are quick to respond and very friendly. J. Amparo and Vilson are normally the two that service my apartment. Two top notch guys, and very great at what they do!

Although I had a positive experience with Avalon Marlborough community during my tenancy, my opinion changed after I moved out. I believe how management treats tenants during move out is a crucial factor in assessing one's renting experience, and unfortunately, Avalon Marlborough did not meet my expectations. During my move-out walkthrough on 3/1/23, I pointed out some staining and dirt marks on the carpets.
