This community has been lovely so far ! The new amenities are a big plus such as the new gym! Along with these amenities Alexa is a big help whenever an issue arises she’s on it! Definitely worth living here.
Found multiple dead cockroachs in the hallways, just left there for days, the gate for the "secure" garage was left open an unrepaired for over 6 months, the gym was unavailable for around 6 months, and the sound proofing is poor both above and on the sides.
Good experience touring this place and good hospitality. Would come back if prices were bit lower.
