The leasing office here is wonderful — the best I’ve ever experienced! They handle requests promptly and with genuine care, and they’re always responsive. Jamie is amazing, and our family absolutely loves her!
I don't even live here yet, but ran into an issue on the application. Managed to get a hold of Jack from the remote team & just HAVE to say that she is amazing! She did what she could to fix the issue & seriously went above & beyond. I'm so very appreciative for her - everything about moving is tough and she was a very needed drop of sunshine.
Often times people complain for bad service, but not enough people are recognized for their great service Ricardo was quick, kind, efficient and professional and it’s much appreciated for his quick service and action in repairing a necessary appliance in our unit.!
Have had a wonderful stay here. Special shoutout to Adam who was readily available to fix a water leak even over the weekend and was very prompt!
I absolutely love living here! The entire team is so kind and welcoming, but especially the girls in the office!! They always go out of their way to make residents feel cared for. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, they respond quickly and with genuine warmth. The property is always well kept, and you can tell they truly care about creating a positive community for everyone! So so happy to be here!! :)
