Often times people complain for bad service, but not enough people are recognized for their great service Ricardo was quick, kind, efficient and professional and it’s much appreciated for his quick service and action in repairing a necessary appliance in our unit.!
Have had a wonderful stay here. Special shoutout to Adam who was readily available to fix a water leak even over the weekend and was very prompt!
I absolutely love living here! The entire team is so kind and welcoming, but especially the girls in the office!! They always go out of their way to make residents feel cared for. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, they respond quickly and with genuine warmth. The property is always well kept, and you can tell they truly care about creating a positive community for everyone! So so happy to be here!! :)
This isn’t necessarily a bad apartment. It’s just aggressively overpriced. Although it claims itself as “luxury”, I don’t feel it’s luxury other than its price. I don’t think a so-called luxury apartment should have those old washers with agitators that damage my clothes. Their utility is crazily high and I’m not the only one complaining about it.
