wanted to come on here and say that SunShine and Amanda in the front office are such bright spirits! Wonderful working with them, we haven’t made our final decision yet about signing the lease but these ladies made my first time viewing an apartment by myself so easy! I was struggling with the passcode portion and I had to go back into the office and the ladies were so good at explaining the codes and SunShine even grabbed me an ice cold water for my walk! Moved in a month ago and have loved my time living here so far. The size of the units are very generous and affordable for being in such an incredible area, and compared to other apartments next door. Only complaint is there seems to be a lot of young college kids on summer break that find their way into spaces like the club house late at night and don’t seem like they live here. There are serious security issues here that management does not take seriously. The pool is an open house that everyone in this area knows how to get into. Broken glass from non residents drinking and throwing around furniture and cursing at residents to tell them to stop. If you live by the pool be prepared for constant vandalism and abusive non residents who treat it like a toilet. I have emailed management 3 times to ask about security issues and they tell me to call a “security company” that does nothing. This place cost... read more
Needed to have some work done in the kitchen area after serval water leaks. Ramon Rivas was amazing in understanding what my concerns were and created a well thought plan to assist in getting repairs made for me wile I was on a tight schedule. He was attentive to minute details and made sure the work was completed to my satisfaction. I really appreciate the care he took to make my living space enjoyable and back to it's original form. Ramon is extremely personable and really great asset to Avalon Bay.
UPDATE: lowering the stars because it sounds like they let go of the people who made this feel like home. Cesar and Justin, the best maintenance team is no longer here. No one says hi or seems to care. Just another decent apartment complex. Additionally, there is no sound proofing between the apartments. It sounds like my upstairs neighbor is bowling every night.
