There is NO insulation for noise between apartments. I have lived in a ton of apartments…. this one is absurd. My first apartment had a resident with a drum set above me…I found out the first night that I slept there (prior to moving in any of my property). I requested to change apartments…and they said I had to wait 30 days (while the apartment I would be moving into sat empty) to abide by their policy of making a “lease change”. One of the best reasons for living here besides the great location and pool is the staff. Ceasar Lopez is without a doubt, one of the best service oriented staffer around. Knowledgable, prompt and gets the problem solved. What more could you ask?
Terrible move out polices! They have decided to keep my daughter's security deposit AND charge her a cleaning fee for a routine move out clean. That apartment was left in SPOTLESS condition - we have photos and videos. They state they charge everyone for a carpet cleaning and regular cleaning service regardless of the condition. This is illegal. Landlords CANNOT charge for carpet cleaning and general wear and tear items, per Colorado law...even if they trick you and bake it in the lease.
