TL;DR: the staff are friendly and the units photograph well, but otherwise, avoid at all costs if you value a peaceful life and not being lied to and robbed of thousands of dollars. It all started a little over a year ago as I was apartment shopping. Let me start with searching for an apartment or place to live is a process and kinda stressful and annoying. We were looking for a lower price range but we were not finding anything that met our expectations/needs. Avalon Denver West has a great location, clean and updated apartments and nice staff. I started writing anything off that had google reviews of 4 or less so thats why I gave them a 4. Living at Avalon has been amazing, mainly due to the incredible staff and maintenance team that provide the best services possible. Cesar in maintenance and Amanda in leasing have been amazing!!!
