One of the best reasons for living here besides the great location and pool is the staff. Ceasar Lopez is without a doubt, one of the best service oriented staffer around. Knowledgable, prompt and gets the problem solved. What more could you ask?
Terrible move out polices! They have decided to keep my daughter's security deposit AND charge her a cleaning fee for a routine move out clean. That apartment was left in SPOTLESS condition - we have photos and videos. They state they charge everyone for a carpet cleaning and regular cleaning service regardless of the condition. This is illegal. Landlords CANNOT charge for carpet cleaning and general wear and tear items, per Colorado law...even if they trick you and bake it in the lease. Since moving out of the community, management has been a nightmare to deal with. I was charged $400 for damages that I did not cause. After asking for proof of the “cleaning and painting” work that needed to be completed in my unit after moving, I have not been able to get in contact with the community.
This is a very safe and well taken care of apartment complex (coming from someone who moved to the Denver area knowing no one). Definitely a great experience overall. Although, if you are thinking of living here I would suggest renting out a garage for your car. The parking lot becomes very competitive (especially for Building 5&6) to the point where people leave notes on each other’s cars. My only other complaint is to prepare for charges after moving out! We just moved in 6 days ago and I cannot express enough how amazing Jessica is. She has made the move in process second to none. It's hard to come across genuine people nowadays and she is the very few that actually care about her job and it shows.
