I love the Avalon—it’s so safe and lovely, and maintenance team is amazing. Cesar is responsive and such an amazing asset and he finishes jobs like it is a priority and like you are family. I have loved living here
Surprise charges after you move out.
One of your unprofessional employees has blocked my garage for the last 45 minutes. Resulting in me having to reschedule a medical appointment that will now be in February.
By far the nicest place I've lived. The leasing office is easy to get in touch with, and they are proactive in upgrading the grounds and amenities. The maintenance team is professional and goes above and beyond, both with their response time and the quality of their work. Edit: After living here for two years, we had a plumbing issue with our apartment.
