I've lived at Avalon Darien since October 2018 because of the convenience to the train to NYC. Avalon Darien is low income housing but charges residents above market prices who do not qualify as low income. My apartment has been infested with bugs since I moved in and they haven't gotten rid of them. In addition, they raised my rent by 25% so I will be moving ASAP. Do not live here.
