Not even worth rating ! It was Christmas Eve and this place doesn't even have no security and it for seniors. Me and my brother were driving down the street when we noticed that a older man had fell over on his side almost hitting his head because he couldnt catch his balance going up a curb with his Walker. The poor man couldnt even get up. Me and my brother walked him from 220th street to the Avalon courtyard and not even 1 security was on site on CHRISTMAS EVE !
