Yesterday was the big blizzard!!! An elderly 92 year old neighbor needed help to get his circuits working but I was unable to get to his door through the mountains of snow. I called Derek in the office and he immediately contacted the right person to create a path! The gentleman was so relieved that he was no longer locked in! The circuits were fixed and he was able to relax! Thank you Derek !!! Your immediate concern is deeply appreciated!!!! Roni gordon
