DO NOT MOVE HERE If I could do zero stars I would. If you plan to live at this apartment more than 1 year DO NOT! My rent has been increased by over 30% in just 2 years, almost 20% this year alone! The amenities are terrible. The quality of their updates are poor. If you try to get in touch with someone for any help, it is impossible. You pay for two parking spots but they only give you one assigned spot. There are barely any guest spots so please don't have any family or friends visit. Everything breaks ALL THE TIME. Roberto has been very impressive
For the most part is ok. But it is very aggravating having to watch where you walk as many residents with big dogs don’t feel like picking up their pets poop. Also it is supposed to be a smoke free community, it is not, while walking the dog you pass many apartments and you can smell the cigarette smell. My neighbor one of them, usually sits by the patio and smokes. The water waste is unbelievable, after many emails to the office, there are many sprinkler heads broken that pump out gallons of water daily as they run for two ... read more

I just moved in at Avalon community apartment, and I can tell you that this is the quickest process that I have done in my entire life. Stephanie’ diligent to get this process done was outstanding. She was always available to answer all my enquiries, no matter time or date. I am really pleased with the level of service received from her.
