There are no words to succinctly describe how bad the Avalon Clarendon really is. I would need to write a book but in a few short words...well more than a few- don't expect a well-kept-up apartment. EVERYTHING is shoddy! The place is going downhill fast since Avalon took over from Bozzuto. They are clearly no Bozzuto.
