These people are whacked. I wouldn't take my kid here if he was in pain. There are many more offices in town that care about your child not just making a buck.
I am forever grateful for Dr. Chang. We had tried a few dentists with my son, and had been unsuccessful in even getting Xrays. They all immediately wanted to send him to get sedated, because he was very anxious. Not only did they get xrays & a full cleaning, but even treatment was done. Everyone explained everything thoroughly & with patience. I have never seen my son so calm & brave. We brought our 1 month old in for a tongue and lip tie evaluation and revision and had a great experience. We were able to do the revisions on the same day as the evaluation. Very caring staff (great customer service), very clean office, and wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind Provider. The procedure was very quick, and I felt my baby was well cared for. We were given the necessary information to feel prepared to do the oral stretches at home. Easy scheduling and short wait time. Highly recommend Dr. Chang and her staff!
