We enjoyed our visit, everyone is professional, friendly. The nurse and the doctor were very PATIENT with my child. My husband could not believe our 4yo got her teeth cleaned (1st time!) Thank you to the doctor and the whole team!! My daughter now wants to come back :)
I took my son to have crowns put on. Dr Chang injected my son with a previous patients needle. I had to then take my son to Northside ER to start the contaminated exposure protocol. Now I am having to have my 5 year olds blood drawn 5 different times from April to November to ensure the doesn’t contract a blood borne disease. The facility paid for the initial ER visit but has since refused to pay for additional medical testing until all tests are completed in November, putting me out hundreds of dollars in the meantime. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Chang and the entire team. Dr. Chang not only has exceptional dental knowledge, but she also genuinely cares for and loves the children she treats. She truly takes care of each patient as if they were her own kids. The staff are all incredibly kind and welcoming as well. My children used to dislike and feel scared about going to the dentist, but they have no fear at all when coming here. In fact, they feel very comfortable.
